Each cube lasts a minimum of 16 lighted hours — only glow time counts against the battery. With proper drying between play, that's typically several weeks or more, and every cube carries a 30-day warranty.
No — they're sealed inside for safety, so little ones can never reach a button battery. When a cube's glow days are done, recycle it and pop a fresh cube into your Character.
Make sure you're using tap water — bottled and distilled water don't have the ions our technology needs. If a new cube still won't glow, email support@glopals.com.
Blow through the small slots above and below the face to dry the sensor, then rest the cube on its side. If it still glows or there's liquid in the battery compartment, contact support@glopals.com.
