Our baby is 6 months old now, and the first thing that stands out with this rattle is the light effect. Every shake makes it glow, which immediately gets his attention and keeps him curious. 0-3 MONTHS
In the very first months, babies mainly discover the world with their eyes, ears and sense of touch. They follow light, respond to sounds and start to notice movement around them. At this stage, the rattle was still too big for our baby to hold by himself, so we shook it for him! And big brother loved helping too. Watching the glow and hearing the sound gave the baby just the right amount of visual and auditory stimulation.
3-6 MONTHS
Around this age, babies begin to explore with their hands and body. Grabbing, holding and mouthing toys are all part of learning. This is when the Glo Pals Light-Up Rattle really came into its own. Our baby learned to grip it, shake it and even pass it from one hand to the other. Every movement rewarded him with a glow and a gentle sound, which made him want to repeat it again and again! 6+ MONTHS
As motor skills develop further, babies begin to understand cause and effect in a more conscious way. Shake the rattle, and it lights up. Pause, and the glow disappears. Now that our baby is just past the 6-month mark, we know this rattle will continue to be a favorite in the coming months!
